Groups who would like to be considered for the Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department's Friday Evening Performing Art Series must submit the following information:
1. A list of at least 3 references of organizations that have paid for you to play. These references must be in a similar venue as the parks department such as Fairs, Festivals, and other Parks Departments. References from restaurants, taverns or bars will not be considered.
2. A demo CD -- preferably a live recording of a performance.
3. A group picture.
4. A song list.
5. Genre of music.
6. Contact information including contact name, address, phone number and email address.
7. Rate for a 90 minute set - band provides their own sound support.

We accept press kits year-round, but will review them Oct – Dec of each year. We will check references during that time and make a decision by the end of February each year. If your group is chosen to perform, we will contact you via email.
